Purposes and legal basis of the processing
If you subscribe to this service, Diadora S.p.a. will process any personal data collected to send you an e-mail with the newsletter providing information on its products or services, as well as promotions and invitations to events in which it will participate. The legal basis is the need to pursue such purpose.

The Controller will process your data until the service is terminated or a request to unsubscribe is filed, whichever is earlier.

- third-party companies in the context of transactions for the acquisition or sale of the company or a branch thereof.

These recipients, should they process data on behalf of Diadora, are designated as data processors, with a specific contract or other legal act. The updated list of the Recipients of personal data is available upon specific request to the data controller Diadora S.p.a. by the means indicated in the paragraph “Rights of the data subjects” below. No data collected on the Site are disseminated.
The Controller shall not disseminate the data; however, it will disclose it its personnel authorised to carry out the processing as part of their respective duties, as well as to third parties, to the extent that this may be necessary. In order to be tasked with processing the data on behalf of the Controller, those recipients will be appointed as data processors under a specific agreement or other legal document.

Transfer of data to a third country and/or an international organisation
Your data may be transferred, for the purposes for which it was collected, to the United States of America (USA), which is a state not belonging to the European Union. The Data Subject may unsubscribe from this service at any time. He/she may also request from the Controller access to and rectification, where inaccurate, or erasure of his/her personal data, restriction of the data processing, where the relevant conditions are met, as well as exercise his/her right to data portability.

The Data Subject may also lodge a complaint with the competent authorities, i.e., the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali [Italian Data Protection Authority] (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/).
